1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address for account registration and communication. We log API usage metadata (model used, token counts, costs, timestamps) for billing purposes. We do not store the content of your API requests or AI responses.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used for account management, verification codes, and important service notifications. Usage metadata is used for billing, analytics, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Security

All data is transmitted via HTTPS encryption. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA512 with unique salts. API keys are generated using cryptographically secure random bytes. We implement industry-standard security practices.

4. API Request Data

Your API requests (messages, prompts, completions) pass through our proxy to the AI model provider. We do not log, store, or inspect the content of these requests. Only metadata (token counts, model, cost) is recorded for billing.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Anthropic and OpenAI (AI model providers), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (CDN and DDoS protection), Google Analytics (website statistics), and payment processors for card payments, Alipay, WeChat Pay and cryptocurrency. Each has their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. You may request account deletion by contacting support: your account, keys and personal data are removed, and payment records are kept without your email address for accounting.

7. Cookies

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and which pages are used; it does not receive your API requests. Cloudflare may set functional cookies for security purposes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
